Blueberry Cold Brew Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup coarse ground coffee (french press grind)
4-5 cups water
1/4 cup fresh blueberries (or berries of choice)
cream or alternative milk (optional)
sweetener of choice (optional)

Grind 1 cup of medium to dark coffee beans on a coarse setting. French Press grind works great for this!
Then, boil 1 cup of the water in a kettle.

While you’re waiting, measure 1 cup of coffee into your French press. Add the fresh blueberries on top.

Pour the boiling water over the grounds and berries and let sit for 30 seconds to a minute.

Then pour the remaining 3 cups of lukewarm water over the top.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours.

Press, and enjoy over ice with cream or your whitener of choice. For this recipe, we used oat milk. Alternatively, dilute with cold water.

Additional sweetener options are pure maple syrup, honey, agave, or cane sugar. Serves 3-4, lasts in the fridge for up to a week.
